As already described in the other customer reports, the device comes neutrally and securely packaged. Assembly was easy and we were able to start testing quickly. The Sybian delivers what it promises. My wife had an easy orgasm and we used the device for a week (not at a stretch) without any problems. We would certainly have extended the Sybian by a week if we hadn’t been traveling. Conclusion. A great positive experience, very easy to deal with and always good email contact. Gladly again
