The whole process, from the initial inquiry to sending it back and refunding the deposit, was absolutely brilliant and worked really well. The only criticism I have to make is the volume of the Sybian itself. As I live in a block of flats, I was a little unsure about how far the noise would carry through the house, especially when I was using it in the evening. The background noise itself wasn’t that appealing to me either. But nevertheless, I really enjoyed my time with the Sybian.
