I can’t remember ever having experienced such good service in all the years I’ve been ordering things online. Thank you very much for that. About the device itself: we had booked it together with another couple for an exciting weekend. We chose the two smallest attachments and the flat. Thanks to the excellent operating instructions, setting up and using the appliance was no problem at all. However, neither of the ladies wanted to get in the mood. So we thought we’d try again on our own. But even then the mood just wouldn’t come up. To sum up: brilliant handling and a nice try.
