After long consideration, we also decided to try out the Sybian (ok, it was a surprise for them :-)), and after this experience (both of us) would do it again at any time via Sybianverleih.de. TOP service: Friendly, uncomplicated, professional handling. From the order to the refund of the deposit. We were always informed about the current status of things and our questions were answered competently and friendly within a few hours. Shipping: As there was a bit of snow chaos on the roads in December this year (just before Christmas), the Sybian was even sent to us by express at no extra charge so that it arrived on time. Packaging and device: Absolutely neutral packaging as described. Device in perfect technical and hygienic condition, as were the accessories. Enclosed instructions (DVD and instruction sheets) easy to understand. Extension of the rental period: We had extended the rental of the appliance by one weekend right from the start, as this is offered at a fair price. In retrospect, I have to say that we were glad we didn&#8217;t just rent the Sybian for a weekend and can therefore only recommend the extension. The experience: The Sybian is in no way inferior to its reputation.
