Out of a spontaneous idea, I decided to give my partner a small (or somewhat larger) surprise and got in touch with Sybianverleih.de without further ado. The contact, both by e-mail and by phone, was always friendly, competent and able to answer every request individually and offer solutions. As I had also decided to rent the device at quite short notice (first cautious inquiry on Monday, shipping was confirmed on Wednesday), there were a few short-term hurdles to overcome, such as reservation, payment and proof of age, but these were not a serious problem.
