Unfortunately, DHL threw a spanner in the works and the delivery service took an incredible 7 extra days to deliver the Sybian. As an Amazon Prime customer and regular user of DHL, I know that this was an absolutely exceptional case. I was also assured that such a grievance on the part of DHL has never happened \/ has never happened in all the years of Sybian rental. But the way in which sybianverleih.de dealt with the whole issue was the first highlight for me, both the price concession and the responsive e-mail communication absolutely convinced me. After we received the Sybian, it delivered what it promised.
