At first glance, everything looked fine, but I did some research. I couldn&#8217;t find anything detrimental. So we decided to rent the device for both our pleasure. Sure, the deposit seemed quite high, but you&#8217;re renting an expensive device and the deposit is only a fraction of that. After the first inquiry, I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, quick responses by email, even early in the morning or at the weekend. Everything was also clear when booking. The Sybian was delivered to us on time, everything was clean and the fun could begin. At the beginning of the rental period, we received an offer to extend the rental by a week at a reasonable price. I quickly received confirmation of the extension. When I no longer wanted the extension for personal reasons, the extension was canceled immediately. The customer service is absolutely great. After the return shipment, it took just one day for the deposit to be returned to my account. I received confirmation that the Sybian had been returned in good condition on the day of delivery.
