Thank you very much for the excellent handling before, during and after our rental period. The logistics and customer contact are truly exemplary. The packaging of the attachments supports our confidence in the hygienic cleanliness of the items. There were no signs of use. The refund of the deposit was lightning fast. The anticipation of this “special event” was huge for both of us, as I had been toying with the idea of treating my partner to this surprise for over 2 years. The same evening the package arrived, we immediately tried out the appliance. However, the result was rather sobering. Not because it is a bit noisy, no, neither the “medium” nor the “flat top” attachment gave any satisfaction. Replacing the spring for better flexibility didn’t help either. The vibration just didn’t come across properly. The inclusion of the Sybian was more of a turn-off, not at all pleasure-enhancing, and certainly not “orgasmic”. Not even after several attempts on different days. For us, it was another experience that we wouldn’t want to miss. At least we didn’t leave it untried. So it is very unlikely that we will buy or rent again. Thank you again for the great service.
