Despite the approaching Christmas period, the shipment was delivered on time (outside the weekend). The Sybian was in perfect condition and the accessories were complete. The attachments were individually shrink-wrapped and odor-free. My wife had a lot of fun with the Sybian. The only annoying thing is the not inconsiderable volume despite using it on a bed. The return shipment was also no problem thanks to the packing instructions. The deposit was refunded immediately on receipt of the goods. Conclusion: Service great, appliance perfect. It certainly wasn’t the last time we rented a Sybian.
