It is advisable to place a mattress or something cushioning underneath if you live in a multi-party house. The device is very loud, but also very powerful. It took a while for my wife to feel comfortable on it. Better start slowly! Even at a low setting, the box really gets going. We also ordered 3 attachments. The “Large” attachment proved to be the best. The one supplied was a bit too small for my wife. To cut a long story short, the orgasm was very intense and my wife said that she could still feel the vibrations for half an hour afterwards as her whole body was shaking and tingling.
